I had a great stay at Rajska Residence in Krakow. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the town square and the fabulous Christmas markets. The apartments were clean and well-maintained, and the coffee shop next door was a convenient bonus. The staff was helpful, going above and beyond to assist with ordering taxis and providing guidance for our journey. I highly recommend this hotel for its value, location, and helpful staff.

The room at Rajska Residence was absolutely amazing! We loved how cozy and homey it felt. The fully equipped kitchenette was a game-changer for our family, allowing us to cook our own meals and save money. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels kept us entertained during our downtime. The private bathroom was clean and had a refreshing shower. we felt like we had everything we needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Personally, we didn't really need the dishwasher in the twin/double room. But hey, that's just us!

This clean and modern flat had a convenient location, with the very center of town just a short walk away. There were nice cafes and restaurants nearby, including the Fable cafe next door which served a great breakfast. The flat also had a kitchenette with all the utensils needed, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. The check-in process was easy with instructions sent on the day of arrival, and there was a convenience store just across the road.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

We especially loved the comfortable beds and the presence of a coffee maker. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a corn dog shop right next door. this hotel was a great choice for our stay in this city.

The room at Rajska Residence was absolutely amazing! It had a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, so I could prepare my own meals. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels kept me entertained during downtime. Plus, the private bathroom with a shower was clean and modern. I felt right at home!
Personally, I didn't find the parquet floors very comfortable. Some might love them, but they were just not my cup of tea.

The room at Rajska Residence was absolutely amazing! The kitchenette had everything I needed, including a fridge to keep my snacks fresh. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer was so convenient. I felt like I had everything I needed right at my fingertips as a solo traveler.
The only thing I didn't love was the parquet floors in the units. It's just a personal preference, but I would have preferred a different type of flooring.

Heat control issue.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the vibrant city center and the amazing Christmas markets. The helpful staff went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, including arranging taxis and providing useful tips for our trip. One of the main advantages was the cleanliness and modern furnishings of the apartment - it was spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay.
There were a few downsides to our experience. Additionally, the kitchen was not fully stocked, with missing items like washing tablets for the dishwasher and limited coffee pods.
